Uploaded documents: A file you upload is validated and sent to the configured document-reading provider for a single request, then discarded. It is never written to disk or object storage, and no public URL is ever created. If automatic reading is disabled, the file is discarded immediately after validation.
What we store: Anonymous usage events only: destination country, document type, purpose, interface language, whether the check succeeded, and a timestamp. No names, certificate numbers, dates of birth, file contents or IP addresses are stored.
Reports: Your guidance report is generated from the options you confirmed. The downloadable PDF and the WhatsApp summary contain no extracted identifiers — only the document type, destination and the recommended steps.
Identity documents: We do not ask for Aadhaar numbers, passport copies or similar identity documents. Please do not upload them.
AI provider: Document reading uses an API provider configured by the operator. Under the provider's API terms, inputs are not used to train models. Uploads may be processed outside India; by uploading you consent to that transfer for the purpose of reading the document.
Cookies: One cookie remembers your language. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Retention and deletion: Because files are not retained there is nothing to delete after a check. Anonymous usage events are retained for 12 months for service statistics. Write to the operator to request deletion of anything you believe is personal.
Applicable law: The operator is based in India and designs this service with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules notified under it in mind, including consent, purpose limitation and data minimisation. This page will be updated as rules commence.
